Delete your ParkourNote account

ParkourNote is made by ParkourLabs, Inc. (developer name on Google Play and the App Store: ParkourLabs). This page explains how to delete your ParkourNote account, what is deleted, and what is kept. It applies to the website and to the Android, iPhone and iPad apps, which all use the same account.

Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app (Android, iPhone, iPad)

1. Open ParkourNote and tap Settings.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account…
3. Type your account’s email address (and your password, if your account has one) and confirm.

On the web

1. Sign in at note.parkourlabs.io and open Settings (the gear at the bottom of the sidebar).
2. Open Account and choose Delete account…
3. Type your account’s email address (and your password, if your account has one) and confirm.

By email. If you can’t sign in, email privacy@parkourlabs.io from your account’s email address and ask us to delete the account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Subscriptions bought in an app store. Deleting your account cancels a subscription you bought on the website immediately. A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store is billed by that store: cancel it in the Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or it will keep renewing. What is deleted

When you confirm, we delete at once:

• your account, profile and sign-in methods, and every signed-in session on every device;
• everything in your library: the files you imported, notes, annotations, handwriting notebooks, chats, recordings and their transcripts and summaries, tags, workspaces and reading positions;
• your reading and activity history, your credits balance and history, your invite code, public links you created, and the access of AI apps you connected (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex).

A file that another account also imported (for example the same public paper) stays for that account; only your copy and everything you made on it are deleted. The stored files themselves are removed from storage by a background job shortly after the deletion and are purged permanently within 30 days.

What is kept

• Backups. Database backups are kept for up to 14 days, so deleted data may remain in a backup for that long before it is gone.
• Payment records. Stripe, Google Play and the App Store keep their own records of payments, as tax and accounting law requires.
• Usage costs. Records of what AI processing cost us are kept for accounting, with the link to your account removed.
• Error reports. Error reports, which never contain your documents, are kept for about 30 days with the link to your account removed.
• Anonymous visit records of our public pages, which never contained your name or email.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You don’t have to delete your account to remove data:

• Files, notes, chats, recordings, notebooks, workspaces and tags. Delete them in the app or on the web at any time. Deleted items go to Trash, where you can restore them for 30 days; after that they are deleted permanently. You can also empty Trash yourself.
• Anything else — for example your reading and activity history — email privacy@parkourlabs.io from your account’s email address and say what you want deleted. We will do it within 30 days.
