Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 6, 2026

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made in ParkourNote, the cloud research workspace operated by ParkourLabs, Inc. It restates and supplements section 5 of our Terms of Service; if the two ever conflict, the Terms control. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under applicable law.

1. What you can buy

• Credit packs — one-time purchases of credits. Pack credits never expire and work with all models, including Pro.
• Membership cards — one-time purchases of a fixed membership period (30, 90, or 365 days). They grant monthly credits while active and do not auto-renew.
• Subscriptions — auto-renewing monthly or yearly memberships, paid by card.

2. One-time purchases (credit packs and membership cards)

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the purchase is entirely unconsumed:

• for a credit pack — none of its credits have been spent;
• for a membership card — none of the monthly credits it granted have been spent.

Once credits from a purchase have been consumed, that purchase is no longer refundable. Credits meter real computing work (transcription, translation, AI conversations) that is performed and paid for the moment you use it, which is why we cannot return it once done.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Credits → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep your membership until then, and you are not charged again. We do not issue partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period, and unused monthly credits do not carry over or convert to a refund.

If a renewal charge was made in error — for example, you cancelled before the renewal date but were still charged — contact us and we will refund it.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@parkourlabs.io from the address on your ParkourNote account, with the approximate purchase date and the payment method used. We respond within a few business days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Card refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days; Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are processed asynchronously and can take a few additional days. When a refund is issued, the corresponding credits (and, for membership cards, the remaining membership period) are removed from your account.

5. Statutory rights

If the law of your country gives you broader refund or withdrawal rights — for example, a cooling-off period for consumers — those rights are unaffected by this policy. Where permitted, you acknowledge when purchasing that credit-metered services begin immediately at your request, which may limit statutory withdrawal rights once consumption has started.
